Good People, Good Beer, for a Good Cause

This event is all about bringing good people together, having a great time, and benefiting some worthy causes in the process.

Both the Rotary and homebrew communities are filled with quality individuals.  It will be great to combine the two in such a fun event.

Proceeds will benefit youth activities in Lakewood.  Good times benefit all who attend the festival.

Serious Prizes for Homebrewers

Right now we have $1000 in cash prizes for the event and tons of donated prizes from our fine sponsors.  We want to reward homebrewers for all their hard work.  Not only will we have prizes for the best beers but also for categories like Best Rookie, Most Unique, and Best Non-Alcoholic Beverage. Check out the list!

Safety First

We are excited to share great homebrew with people outside the homebrew community.  But we are also committed to doing so responsibly.

We will have several hydration stations at the event to keep people balanced out.  We'll also be using small glasses so people can get tastes of a wide variety of beverages without getting tanked.

Everyone is welcome to stay at the event as long as necessary to ensure a safe drive home.  Designated drivers are welcome to have as many non-alcoholic drinks as they can handle.

All homebrewers are invited to camp out that night.  Rotary will also be coordinating some carpools from Lakewood to minimize the number of people who have to drive.

So come and have a great time but remember to be responsible.  If you get out of hand we'll put a big X on your forehead in sharpie so keep it under control.
